Infant Program

Program Overview

In the infant room, caring and supportive teachers foster social-emotional development through nurturing relationships with the children, while encouraging babies to develop physical skills as they explore movement and learn to manipulate toys. Social and emotional growth encourage our infants to carefully observe and interact with the world around them.  Our infant program is designed to help develop each stage of growth for your baby, along with lots of hugs and encouragement.

Our Goals For The Infant Room

• Develop personal relationships with cherished teachers
• Create a nurturing environment with love and attention
• Communicate through body language, gestures, facial expressions, laughter and other sounds, then developing words and phrases
• Physical awareness through head control, mobility, rolling over, crawling, pulling up, cruising, walking, climbing and dancing
• Explore new things and objects with vivid color and interesting textures
• Eye-hand coordination through sucking, grasping and object holding
